He is survived by: his grandchildren, Adian, Harley, Blaze Wade, Jenna, Keira and Archer Mallett of Chatsworth; his sister Anne Wade of Chatsworth; and his nephew Roland Wade of Chatsworth. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many friends.
