She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorraine Kollman and Clinton Kollman of Valley Stream; and her brother Arthur Kollman of Clearwater, FL.. She is survived by: her husband Charles Beyea of Chatsworth, GA; and her daughter Melody Osborne of Valdosta, GA. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
