He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Kathryn Caylor; and his parents, John Hope Brigdon and Alice Louise Beavers-Green. He is survived by: his wife Hassie Lorraine Dunlap; his children, Alvin Jr. (Teresa Dunlap), David (Rebecca Dunlap) and Allisha (Chris Brackett); his brother Arnold; and his sister-in-law Sandy Brigdon. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces Nephews.
