She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Boyd; her parents, Dewey Whaley and Lillie Whaley; and her siblings, Julia Mae Shields, Mary Jane Ellis, Mildred Townsend, George Whaley, Wilburn "Bo" Whaley and Leonard Whaley.
She is survived by: her daughter Charlene; her son-in-law Terry Henry of Chatsworth; her sister Bertha Sue Eslinger of Mineral Bluff, GA; her grandchildren, Brandon Henry (Catherine) of Oakridge, NC, Andrea Christensen (Joe) of Apison, TN and Shannon Mullins (Brooke) of Sugar Valley; and her great grandchildren, Zack Mullins, Taylor, Tim Mullins, Nolan Henry, Cricket Henry, Isla Christensen and Emmie Chilton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
