She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jones and Clara Jones; her husband Charles Poteet; her daughter Kay Poteet Millwood; her brother Kenneth Jones; her half-brother Bentley Willis; and her sister Geraldine Campbell.
She is survived by: her son Dwight; her daughter-in-law Sue Poteet; her daughter Brenda Mynes of Chatsworth; and her sister Mary Paige of Chatsworth. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins.
