He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rogers; his sister Marie Smith; his son Richard (Margret Cleary) of Herndon, VA.; and his grandchildren, Rachel Rogers (Simone Caschili) of Chicago, IL, MacKenzie Rogers of Herndon, VA and Andre (Emily Bennett) of Portland, OR.. He is also survived by Great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
