She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Ernest Angel and Kathleen Johnson; and her husband Randall C. Packard (Randy). She is survived by: her sister Ellen (William Hitz); her nephew David (Holly Jones); her great-niece Victoria; and her niece Rebecca Jones (Becky).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to National Wildlife Federation or First Moravian Church of Georgia.
