It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh Dorsey Parham (Chamblee, Georgia), born in Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer S. Parham Sr. and Jewell Hall Parham. He is survived by: his siblings, J. C. (Nora), Boyd (Hazel), Ralph, Omer Jr., Julian G. Parham and Mildred Parham Veal (Larry); his son Mark D. Parham; his wife Betty Caldwell Parham; his daughter Kimberly Parham Carroll; his grandchildren, Tommy Carroll (Nikki), Sean Carroll and Victoria Carroll Woolley (Ryan); his brother Ernest T. Parham (Brenda); his sisters-in-law, Estelle Parham, Anna Merle Parham and Betty Parham; and his children, Attn, Office of Development, Rocky Point, Tampa, Foundation and Miami. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
