He was predeceased by: his father Jarrell N. Hales; and his brothers, Rickey Hales and Scotty Hales. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Hales and Matthew Hales; his mother Melba Hales; and his siblings, Jerry Hales (Janice) and Regina Hales. He is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to COVID-19 facial coverings are required, no food is permitted and chapel seating is limited to 50 people.
