She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Wallace and Edith Wallace (Wallace); her husband Joe Johnson Adams; her grandparents, William David Wallace, Sibbie Louise Wallace (McDaniel), Dalton McMichael and Verna Phillips (Wiley); her stepfather Calvin Taunton; her parents-in-law, Jonce and Jessie Adams; and her sisters, Verna Louise Wallace, Mary Ann Evans (Isaac Leon) and Brenda Traweek (Roger Q. III).
She is survived by: her children, Joe Brian Adams, Matthew Lee Adams (Carolyn) and Brenda Lynne Adams; her adoptive son Erich Alexander Elfeldt; her brother William David Wallace II (Jackie); her nieces and nephews, ConnieJo Evans, Terry Evans, Annette Branco, Jeri Howell and Don Wallace; her grandchildren, Evon Dahnke (Jorge) and Steven "Tommy" Davis; and her great grandchild Nikolai "Niko" Davis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name (Dona Lee Adams) designated to support the children's programs at Kerr Arts & Cultural Center 228 Earl Garrett St, Kerrville, TX 78028.
