He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder Ray and Lessie Mae Folsom. He is survived by: his significant other Melba Folsom; his daughter Judith; his son-in-law Jesse McDaniels; his granddaughter Kayla Ashley Folsom; and his sisters, Mary Hicks and Earlene Wright. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
