Sarah Shockey Martin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Shockey Martin of Centerville, Georgia, who passed away on September 26, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Martin; her son Donald Martin; her parents, Walter Shockey and Audrey McClung Shockey; and her siblings, Paul Shockey, Mildred Shockey Smith, June Shockey Blackwelder and Lewis Shockey.

She is survived by: her children, Leonard Martin, Jr. (Becky) of Centerville, Susan Hinson (Larry) of Warner Robins, Sharon Sanders (Bill) of Kathleen, Sandra Icard (Eddie) of Bonaire and Orval Martin (Korinn) of Fort Valley. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
