She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilson Cagle and Elsie Bagwell Cagle; her husband R. C. DeFoor; her daughter Saralyn DeFoor; her grandson Bradley DeFoor; her siblings, Henry, James, Bud, Lucille, Clara, Nell and Shelby; and her sons-in-law, Mack Martin and Tim Musselwhite.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Lockhart (Sonny), Debbie Martin, Sharon Musselwhite, D. Jay DeFoor (Terri), Bebe Mackey (Calvin) and T. W. DeFoor (Susan); her grandchildren, Kristen Boys (Rob), Brandon Lockhart (Kristy), Britton Lockhart (Kim), Jenae Martin Griffin, Mitchell Martin (Cherie), Amanda Musselwhite Hayes (Johnny), Shay Musselwhite Blanton (Eric), Shelley DeFoor Franks (Matt), Clayton DeFoor (Cathy), Dana Mackey, Sarah Mackey Stout (Tyler), Briggs DeFoor (Mary Martha) and Madison DeFoor Brashear (Colby); her great grandchildren, Mary Cagle Lockhart, Nate, Caz Lockhart, Hudson, Evangeline Boys, Quinn, Payton, Olivia Lockhart, Hollis, Harper, Hatcher Griffin, Bailey Martin, Gracie, Aiden, Elle, Clara Hayes, Brandon Blanton, Garrett, Allie Blanton and Davis DeFoor; her sister Gladys Cagle Woodring; and her sister-in-law Ethel Fortner Chatham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
