He is survived by: his children, Robert Hoffman (Kristin) of Centerville, GA, Rebecca Medina (Robert) of Albuquerque, NM, David McPhee of Losantville, IN. and Jody Vialpando (Isaiah) of Lilburn, GA.; his grandchildren, Courtney Walker (Jacob), Jordan Hoffman, Nicholas Medina (David), Ashlee Medina, Adrian Medina (Katie), Taylor Burdsall (David), Delaney McPhee, Rose Vialpando and Savannah Trujillo-Vialpando; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Paul, Lucy Medina, Jaxson Medina, Kimberlee Medina, Dalton Medina, Brent McPhee, Emma Burdsall, Delilah McPhee Sanders, Olivia Burdsall, Dollie Medina, Ellie Medina and David Burdsall; his siblings, Peggy Herald (Mike), Robin Spoons (Frank), Wayne Hoffman and Tina Hoffman; the mothers of children, Vivian Pearson Lowery and Joan Crabtree Payne; his wife Tina Germain Micoliti Hoffman; his father-in-law Otto Weber; his son-in-law Robert; and his brother-in-law Mike. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
