John Andrew Rowland Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Andrew Rowland Sr. of Centerville, Georgia, born in Ashburn, Georgia, who passed away on February 15, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Watson and Lillian McMillan Rowland; his grandson Jeremy Rowland; his brothers, Wayne Bedgood, Norris Bedgood and Darryl Rowland; and his nieces, Lynn Rowland Wright and Tracy Singletary Grimes.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Rowland (Jennifer) of Perry, Stacy Rowland DeLoach of Atlanta and John Rowland, Jr. of Macon; his grandson Andrew Rowland of Macon; his siblings, Lanny Rowland of Unadilla, Brenda Stokes of Perry, Betty Schwartz of Warner Robins and Barbara Godfrey of Warner Robins; the mother of his children Peggy Sledge Rowland; and his friend Sue Phalan of Centerville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his first love and former wife.
