He is survived by: his parents, Albert Tollefsen and Charlene Tollefsen; his siblings, Edward Tollefsen (Janan) of Houston, TX and Sandra Tollefsen Arrington (Mark) of Byron, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Adam, Stevie, Marissa Arrington of Byron and Ashlyn Upshaw.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests donations be made to a cancer society in memory of Jeff.
