It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Russell Fitzgerald (Centerville, Georgia), born in Rochelle, Georgia, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fitzgerald and Thelma Fitzgerald; his wife Ida Naomi Fitzgerald; and his siblings, Billy Fitzgerald and Margie Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Mace, Kathy Mosely (Carl), Annie Allen, Sarah Fitzgerald and Nancy Harper (David); his grandchildren, Chris Mosely (Kristy), Brian Mace, Jason Allen (Heather), Cliff Mace, Allen Smith (Brettney), David Smith (Heather) and Anna Alsager (Shawn); and his siblings, Ann Wade, Elsie Clements (Ronnie), Donnie Fitzgerald, Ronnie Fitzgerald (Wanda Gail), Sandra Driver (Stan) and Brenda Spires (Larry).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Charlie Fitzgerald to Northside Baptist Church at 1013 Carl Vinson Parkway, Centerville, GA 31028.
