She was predeceased by: her parents, Amon Julian Stallworth and Mary Elizabeth Holloway Stallworth; her husband Arthur Eugene Sullivan, Jr.; and her daughter Debra Hopkins. She is survived by: her children, Betty Jo Wade (Frank), Mary Ann Long (Eddie), Denise Sullivan, Arthur Eugene Sullivan, III (Erin) and Alethea Haight (Jeffrey); and her close friends, Glenda, Cathy, Jackie, Jill, Jessica, Diane, Sherry, Shirley, Adrienne, Stephanie, Gina, Will and Nyla.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Betty Sullivan to First Baptist Church of Centerville's Children's Ministry at 108 Church Street, Centerville, GA 31028.
