He is survived by: his mother Lois Harner; his stepfather Ray Harner; his children, Justin Rogers, Damian Rogers and Jennifer Rogers; and his siblings, Edwin Rogers and Rhonda Parker. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
