She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edwin Stephens Sr. and Ocie Bell Rhinehart Stephens; her husband Sammy Puckett; and her children, Michael Puckett and Syble Crites.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry McGowan; her siblings, Jerry W., Linda Stephens and John Stephens; and her siblings-in-law, Wanda, Michael Payton, Juanita, Talmadge Pope, Janice and Curtis Hollabaught. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
