He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hall and Mary Elizabeth Fike Hall; his former wife Annie Ruth Turkett Hall; and his siblings, Eugene Hall and Cordele Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Hall; his son Casey Hall (Missy); his grandchildren, Lauren Johnson (Jacob), Erin Adams (Kendall) and Micah Hall; and his great grandchildren, Halle, Griffin and Kahne.
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Hall requested that donations be made to St. Jude's.
