As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Randy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Walter Carroll and Bonnie Evelyn Fuller Reed. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Carroll; his children, Travis Leach (Mercedes), Natasha LaDale, Linisha Royer (Dustin) and Rebecca Simmons (Morgan); and his siblings, Stevie "Grady" Carroll (Suzette) and Angela Rudeseal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Funeral Home (2750 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
