He is survived by: his wife Kathy Thomason; his children, Kallie, Jeff Johnson and Julie Kerrington; his grandchildren, Katherine, Colton, Casey, Jax Cole, Tonia and Clayton; his brothers, Gary Prewett, Tommy Prewett and Gregory T. Prewett; and his cousin Bobby Brooks. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
