He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin "Pappy" Casey, Sr. and Martha Elizabeth "Patty" West Casey; and his daughter Martha Elizabeth Casey (Christie) of Cedartown. He is survived by: his wife Louise Oliver Casey; his son Mike Casey (Angela) of Cedartown; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Ava and Taylor. He is also survived by his family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Caledonia Masonic Lodge or the Shriners Hospital in memory of Mr. Casey.
