With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Willoughby of Cedartown, Georgia, who passed away on February 19, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stephens and Bertha Stephens; her brother Jerry Stephens; and her husband Charles "Junior" Willoughby. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda McCracken (Jack), Tim Willoughby (Tisa) and Tony Willoughby (Jessica); and her sister Janice Wallace. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, and several extended family members and friends.
