She was predeceased by: her father Chester McKibben; her husband J. W. Alexander; and her siblings, Joe R. McKibben and Bobbie Hooper. She is survived by: her children, James "Sonny" Alexander (Beth) and Jeannene Powell (Van). She is also survived by six Grand-children, fourteen Great-Grand children, and several nieces and nephews.
