He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Tillery and Vera Brown Tillery; his grandson Jesse Davidson; and his siblings, Glatha Barber and Elwyn Tillery.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Cochran Tillery; his children, Karen Martin, Kris Tillery (Grace) and Jeffrey Tillery (Robyn); and his siblings, Joyce Ledford and Ralph Tillery (Jane). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Smith & Miller Funeral Home (1000 N Main St, Cedartown, GA 30125). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
