He is survived by: his children, DeeDee Sleight of Demorest, GA and Jon Puckett (Jena) of Appling, GA; his siblings, Renee Buchanan (Joseph) of Rockmart, GA, Steve Puckett (Elaine) of Powder Springs, GA and Dennis Puckett (Laurie) of Acworth, GA; and his grandchildren, Colette Sleight, Trevor Sleight, Christopher Puckett, Charis Barnett, Will Puckett, Dakota Callahan, Brooke Parkey and Taylor Hart. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to the Angelman Syndrome Foundation.
