She was predeceased by: her parents, William David Newman, Jr. and Lucy Juanita Schrimsher; and her daughter Cassandra Campbell. She is survived by: her children, Reid Thompson (Amy), Matt Swanner and Myra Classen; her grandchildren, Heather Varnado, Joey Smith, Jake Hayes, Matthew Swanner, Amber Swanner, Logan Swanner, Desiree Peek and Brianna Holcomb; her great grandchild Caitlynn Casey; and her siblings, Larraine Bryant, Faye Buchanan, Harry Newman, Mike Newman and Jim Newman.
