It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Gary Moss of Cedartown, Georgia, who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Joyce Gary is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joyce Gary's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Addie Dingler Gary; her husband W. M. Moss; her son Marion Gary Moss; her grandson Marion Gary "Chip" Moss, Jr.; and her sister Helen Gary Williams.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Lisa Moss Haney (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Emily Haney and Cooper Haney; her brother Clellon Gary; and her daughter-in-law Claire Moss Albright (Tim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family has respectfully requested that flowers are to be omitted, and memorial donations can be made in memory of Mrs. Joyce to either The American Heart Association or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
