He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee Baines, Sr. and Edith Katherine Keese Baines; his brother Walter Lee Baines, Jr.; and his grandmother Lucille Baines. He is survived by: his wife Amy Baines of Cedartown, GA; his children, Jessica Ozment (Josh) of Cedar Bluff, AL and Justin Baines (Alesia) of Rome, GA; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ozment, River Ozment and Liliana Baines; and his brothers, Ross Baines and Rick Baines. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
