With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Gilmore of Cedartown, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonza Kearley and Kate Kearley; and her husband Alton Gilmore. She is survived by: her sons, David Gilmore, Michael Gilmore (Michelle) and Brian Gilmore (Traci); her brother Richard E. Kearley (Judith); her grandchildren, Katie Mahieu (Ryan), Aiden Gilmore and Aaron Gilmore; her great grandchild Griffin Mahieu; her sister-in-law Anne Hightower; her nieces and nephews, Debbie Bradberry, Bob Bradberry, Martha Brick-Gorun and Paige Johnstone; and her cousins, Gail Mcnew (Ed) and Tommy Grier.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice.
