He was predeceased by: his father James Lewis; his wife Becky Lewis; and his son Patrick Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Pam Graves (Chuck); his grandchildren, Kelsei Poulin (Bobby), Emily Graves, Jeremiah Graves and Dave Brock; his great grandchildren, Presley Poulin, Tanner Graves and Dvyn Brock; and his nephews, Jason Gossett (Amanda) and Michael Gossett (Annie).
