She was predeceased by : her parents, Wesley Ballard and Patricia Smith; and her stepmother Kimberly Ballard. She is survived by : her son Patrick Ballard; her grandchildren, Brandon Davenport, Oliver Ballard, Levi Ballard and Kendell Ballard; and her siblings, Stephen Ballard (Carmen), LaBriska Waddell (Matthew) and Rachel Spurlock (David). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Rockmart Church of God (1200 N Piedmont Ave, Rockmart, GA 30153).
