He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Kiser (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Lexie, Kameron, Timothy and Breanna; his daughter Shelby Dale (Ryan); his grandchildren, Kinslee Kittle, Rylee and Jacob Paul; his brother Bobby C. Smith, Jr. (Teresa); and his nieces, Sheena Presley and Sheri Giles.
