We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2022, at the age of 79, James Elbert McCarley of Cedartown, Georgia, born in Anniston, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert McCarley and Willie Mae Jackson McCarley; and his siblings, Felix McCarley and Patsy McCarley Walker. He is survived by: his wife Linda Reeves McCarley; his children, Alan McCarley (Melissa), Jada Conring and Bruce McCarley; his sister Debra Petty; and his extended family, Starling and Stephanie Powell. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
