It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Nell Forrister of Cedartown, Georgia, born in Edgewood, Texas, who passed away on October 30, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Addie Boothe and Edna Johnson Boothe; her husband Dewie Forrister; her sons, Lonnie and Laron Forrister; and her siblings, Walton, James Boothe and Martha Carter.
She is survived by: her daughter Renee Shanks of Cedartown; her grandchildren, Brandi "Brandi Pie" Gollahan, Lacy "Foxy" Davis, Wesley "Dink" Shanks, Zachary Carter, Andrew Davis and Tyler Gollahan; and her great grandchildren, Devin Curby, Dylan Curby, Daelyn Curby, Bailey "Honeybee" Davis, Brighton "Brighty" Davis and Bennett "Ben Ben" Davis.
