He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Ivey Woods and Clara Ruth Smith Woods; his son Jeremy Chad Shaw; and his brothers, Jerry Wayne Woods and Houston Ray Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Fields Woods; his children, Ray Woods, Shane Turner, Tim Overstreet, Chris Overstreet, Jeff Overstreet and Kolton Woods; his siblings, Charlotte Kilgore, Sandra Goss, Doug Woods and Roy Woods; and his niece Tiffany Ruff. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
