He is survived by: his father Ernest Scyril Rutledge; his wife Becky Rutledge; his daughters, Johna Tidwell (Parker) and Julie Rutledge; his sister Caroline R. Evans; his grandchildren, Taylor, Tillery (Landon), Hunter (Gabby), Grant, Ally (Aryn) and Darci; and his great grandchildren, Walker, Stella, Millie, Hazel, Charlotte, Della and Valor. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
