He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lee and Opal Brown Easterwood. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Easterwood; his sons, William David "Wil" Easterwood of Nashville, TN and Weston Lee "Wes" Easterwood (Heather) of Dawsonville, GA; his sister Tammy Easterwood Owens (Joy); his grandchildren, Paxton Lee Easterwood and Rowan Kate Easterwood; his niece Joy Leigh Owens; and his nephews, Dave Owens and Drew Owens.
Flowers are being accepted; however, donations can be made to Pruitt Hospice in David's memory.
