With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Harold Andrews of Cedartown, Georgia, born in Jamestown, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. David Harold left this world on February 20, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though David Harold may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David Harold touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Dale and Elizabeth Hunter Andrews; his wife Edna Williams Andrews; his children, Helen Winkles and David Andrews, Jr.; and his grandson Jeffrey E. Winkles.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Elizabeth Bailing (Ralph) and Matthew Andrews; his grandchildren, Daniel Ray Winkles, Jr., Ashley Irizarry and Amanda Andrews; and his great grandchildren, Bella and Nicholas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several other extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery (2245 Rockmart Hwy, Cedartown, GA 30125).
