He is survived by: his children, David Rhoades (Tiffany) of Adairsville, GA, Carrie Lankford (Chris) of Rome, GA and Laurie Borick (Ken) of Niceville, FL; his grandchildren, Catherine Lankford, Joshua Rhoades (Hannah), Taylor Rhoades, Reagan Borick, Ellie Borick, Jay Borick and Luke Borick; and his great grandchild Isabella Jean Rhoades.
