He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Drake and Catherine Tucker Drake; his daughter Tabitha Johnson; and his brother Tommy Laney. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ingram Drake; his children, Danny Drake, Jr. of Canton, GA, Susan Renee Drake of Rockmart, GA, Jonathan Drake (Julia) of Dallas, GA, Tony Taylor (Kay) of Woodstock, GA and Scott (Shelia) of Woodstock; and his sister Shelia Chandler (Ray Allen) of Centre. He is also survived by Sixteen grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
