He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Howard, Sr. and Maryanna Howard; and his wife Reba Howard. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Howard, Vadra Howard and Travis Howard; and his brother Richard Howard. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
