He is survived by: his husband John Christopher "Chris" Crocker; his father Charlie Smith, Jr.; his stepparents, Becky Smith and Joe Ratcliff; his mother-in-law Linda Bird; his stepfather-in-law Buford Bird; his stepdaughters, Alyssa Pittman (Austin) and Chelsea Crocker; his grandchildren, Averie Farmer, Ryder Pittman, Rowan Pittman, Rylei Pittman, Knox Worley and Truitt Worley; his siblings, Rhonda Smith (Jeff), Jessica Smith, Miranda Chitwood (Lance), Randy Smith (Elizabeth Elizer Smith), James Ratcliff (Courtney) and Tracy Maish; and his brothers-in-law, John Crocker, James Crocker, Roger Crocker and Timothy Crocker (Barbie). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
