He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Warner and Judi Warner; and his brother Dave Warner. He is survived by: his nephew Gavin Warner; his sons, Chad Warner (Heather), Sam Warner (Cami) of California, Joe Warner (Jessie) and Mikey "Ivan" Warner (Meagan Anderson) of Savannah, GA; his brother Eric Warner (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Jill B. Warner. He is also survived by his four granddaughters, one niece; nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made in Chuck's memory to Grace Presbyterian Church, 120 W. John Hand Road, Cedartown, GA 30125, and to the Wounded Warriors Project.
