With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chaplain Douglas Ray Stephenson of Cedartown, Georgia, born in Pasadena, Texas, who passed away on February 8, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Ray Stephenson and Doris Eloise Ainsworth Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Judith Brooks Stephenson; his children, Amanda Owen (Bryan) and David Stephenson (Tina); his grandchildren, Andrew Owen (Katie), Cpt. Hayden Owen (Miranda), Peyton Owen, Emma Kate Owen, Jaden Stephenson (Audrey Faulk), Anna Stephenson, Reagan Stephenson and Leigha Stephenson; his great grandchild Eli Owen; and his sisters, Molly Wyatt, Colleen Womack and Donna Brogdon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
