With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Abimael Martinez Sr. (Cedartown, Georgia), who passed away on October 15, 2022 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignacio Martinez and Monserrate Lopez; his wife Gloria Martinez; his son Abimael Martinez, Jr.; his grandson Shane Martinez; and his children-in-law, Diane and Douglas McGuffin.
He is survived by: his children, Ivan Martinez, Edwin Martinez (Kathy), Edward Martinez (Diane), Nancy Martinez Bernal (Richard), Gloria Martinez McGuffin and Elizabeth Martinez Crespo (Demetrius). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
