He was predeceased by: his parents, Hampton Perry and Lucille Perry; and his siblings, Harold Perry, Gloria June and Charlotte Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hicks Perry; his children, Tiffany Thompson and Tommy Perry (Jamie); his grandchildren, Brittany Morgan, Chandler Thompson, Nolan Perry, Cassidy Perry, Claudia Perry and Judson Perry; his great grandchild Glory June Bailey; and his siblings, Dewey Perry, Charles Perry, Joanne Bush, Julia Christian, Ellen Taylor, Carole Leeds and Deborah Harbuck.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to either the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
