It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Davis in Cave Spring, Georgia, born in Woodland, Alabama, who passed away on May 24, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh N. Hester and Minnie Pearl Richardson Hester; her husband Bill Davis; and her siblings, Jeff Hester, Moody Hester, Clyde Hester, Wallace Hester, James Hester, Omie Burgess, Bettie McClain, Macie Hendrix and Mary Ann Gaines.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Scott Davis (Crystal) of Cave Spring and Lisa Davis Messel (George) of Waco, Georgia; her grandchildren, Rachel Davis Spardlin, Amy Davis Pietrouchie (Harry), Seth Davis (Victoria), Tammy Lee (Sam), Allison Byrum (D. J.) and Raegan Messel; her great grandchildren, Davis Spardlin, Aubrey Spardlin, Kindsley Davis and Johan Bryum; and her brothers, Morgan Hester of LaGrange and Willis Hester of Ringgold.
